Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for the OpenClaw Setup Playbook when requested in good faith.

To request a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt email with subject REFUND REQUEST and include a short reason.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/card provider.

Waitlist signups for non-live products are free and do not require refunds.
